Ilbay Logistics processes its customers' data only to sell and hand over pallets, invoice and meet its legal obligations. It does not sell this data to anyone.

Ilbay Logistics never receives your Bancontact card details: they are processed directly by Stripe.
Recipients and processors
Only the staff in charge of sales, the depot and accounting can access your data. Ilbay Logistics uses the following processors, bound by a data processing agreement:
- Odoo SA – hosting of the website, shop and management system (European Union)
- Stripe Payments Europe Ltd – Bancontact payment (Ireland, possible transfers to the United States)
- Google (Google Workspace) – email (European Union and United States)
- Our accountant – bookkeeping (Belgium)
Your data may also be passed on to the authorities where required by law (for example the tax administration).
Transfers outside the European Union
Some providers may process data in the United States. These transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or portability. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interest and withdraw your consent.
Write to finance@ilbaylogistics.be. Ilbay Logistics replies within one month. Proof of identity may be requested in case of doubt.
You can lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, dataprotectionauthority.be.
Cookies
The website uses cookies necessary for it to work: session, cart, chosen language. These do not require consent. Audience measurement or marketing cookies are only set with your consent, via the cookie banner, which you can change at any time.
Security
The website is only accessible over HTTPS. Access to data is limited to staff who need it and protected by password and two-factor authentication.
Changes
This policy may be updated. The date of the latest version is shown at the top of the page.
