General terms and conditions of sale

Applicable to sales made on palettes.ilbaylogistics.com – last updated: 21 October 2026.

Article 1 – Seller identification

The website palettes.ilbaylogistics.com is operated by Ilbay Logistics SRL, Chaussée de Ramet 150, 4400 Flémalle, Belgium. Company number (CBE): 1007.130.907. VAT: BE 1007.130.907. Email: finance@ilbaylogistics.be. Phone: +32 4 252 58 64.

Article 2 – Scope

These terms apply to every order placed on the website, by a consumer or a business. The customer accepts them by ticking the box provided before payment. They prevail over any other terms, unless Ilbay Logistics agrees otherwise in writing.

Some rules (right of withdrawal, legal guarantee) apply only to consumers, i.e. individuals buying for non-professional purposes.

Article 3 – Products

The website offers used wooden one-way pallets. These are single-use pallets, already used and sold as is. They may show signs of wear, stains or minor imperfections that do not prevent normal use. The dimensions of these pallets may also vary.

One-way pallets are not standardised pallets (EUR/EPAL type). Ilbay Logistics does not guarantee a maximum load. The customer checks that they suit the intended use.

Photos are for illustration only. Offers are valid while stocks last.

Article 4 – Prices

Prices are shown in euros, including 21% Belgian VAT. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of ordering. There are no delivery costs, as the goods are collected on site.

Article 5 – Order

The customer chooses the quantity, confirms the cart, fills in their details and accepts these terms. The contract is concluded once payment is confirmed. The customer then receives a confirmation email with the order form.

If an order cannot be fulfilled (out of stock, obvious price error), Ilbay Logistics informs the customer and refunds them in full within 14 days.

Article 6 – Payment and invoice

Payment is made online, by Bancontact only, through the secure provider Stripe. Ilbay Logistics never has access to the customer's bank details.

The invoice is issued automatically after payment and sent by email. A business wanting an invoice in its name provides its VAT number when ordering.

Article 7 – Collection of the goods

There is no delivery. The customer collects the pallets at the Flémalle depot, Chaussée de Ramet 150, on Tuesday or Thursday from 3 pm to 5 pm, by appointment.

  1. After payment, the customer books a time slot via the link received by email.
  2. They show their order number at the depot.
  3. They bring a vehicle suited to the number of pallets and take care of loading.

The customer collects their order within 7 days of payment. After this period and an unanswered reminder, Ilbay Logistics may cancel the order and refund the customer, minus storage costs of €1/day/pallet.

Article 8 – Transfer of ownership and risk

Ownership of the pallets passes to the customer upon full payment. Risks (loss, damage) pass to them when they take charge of the pallets at the depot.

Article 9 – Inspection at collection

The customer checks the quantity and visible condition of the pallets at collection. Any remark must be reported on site to the depot staff, or within 48 hours at the latest to finance@ilbaylogistics.be, with photos.

Article 10 – Right of withdrawal (consumers)

The consumer has 14 calendar days to withdraw without giving any reason. This period starts on the day they take possession of the pallets.

  1. They inform Ilbay Logistics of their decision by email to finance@ilbaylogistics.be, for example using the form below.
  2. They return the pallets to the Flémalle depot, at their own cost, within 14 days of withdrawing, during collection hours.
  3. Ilbay Logistics refunds them within 14 days of the withdrawal, using the same payment method. The refund may be withheld until the pallets have actually been returned.

The consumer remains liable for any loss in value of the pallets resulting from handling beyond what is needed to check their nature and condition.

Consumers: only the legal guarantee of conformity applies; it is imposed by law, cannot be excluded and is reduced to one year from collection for these second-hand goods.

Article 12 – Liability

Ilbay Logistics is not liable for use of the pallets inconsistent with their nature (single use) or for overloading. Towards businesses, its liability is limited to the price of the pallets concerned, except in case of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Customer data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy.
